ADVENTURE BIKE HIRE
We built our adventures bikes around Brother Cycles’ highly capable Kepler frameset and fitted them with high-spec components, making them ready for just about anything you chuck their way.
Best for — Gravelling, road riding, type two fun & multi-day touring.
ADVENTURE BIKE HIRE – ONE BIKE TO RULE THEM ALL
Whether it’s multi-day touring on tarmac while hauling kit, grinding through gravel or simple seeing the sights of the south-west, our Kepler adventure bikes are here for it.
Made by UK based bicycle co. Brother Cycles, the Keplers are as fun to ride as they are versatile, making them ideal rig for your next adventure.
To make sure you get the ride of your life, we fitted out these steel frame gravel bikes with high-spec components, including:
• Shimano GRX groupsets.
• Hydraulic disc brakes.
• Hunt 4 seasons gravel wheels.
Bikes can be accessorised to suit your needs: add SPD pedals for peak pedal stroke efficiency, wider tyres for tougher terrains, bar bags for optimal snackage – see the full list of accessories using the booking system here.
Our bikes are available for single or multi-day trips, each booking comes complete with high quality repair tools, lights and helmets, and all pre-booked bikes are ready to collect from central Bristol (although do ask about delivery).
There’s more information about how it all works below so make sure to check that out too.
How does bike hire work?
BOOKING
Book the bike and accessories you need for the days that you need them via our booking system here. Without booking online, no booking is guaranteed.
DEPOSIT
We require a valid photo I.D (Driver’s Licence or Passport) to be left with us for the duration of the hire period. Arriving without a deposit means the hire will be cancelled and no refund will be provided.
COLLECTION
Book bikes and equipment are available to collect from our unit on Canon’s Road in central Bristol. See here for details of how to find us. Currently all equipment booked must be collected and returned in person to the point of hire – although please do ask about delivery/collection.
The Need-to-Know Bits
You can find our full terms and conditions here and at checkout on our online booking system – please make sure to read them thoroughly. Below we’ve highlighted a couple of clauses that we think everyone should be aware of before booking with Beyond.
RESPONSIBILITY
During any hire, the bike and accessories are the sole responsibility of the hirer. Our bikes are high-value items and bike theft is rife – we don’t recommend leaving our bikes unattended for any amount of time in public spaces. In the event of loss, theft or damage the full value of the bike (£2200) as well as any subsequent losses will be redeemed.
CLEANING FEE
Bikes which are returned excessively dirty (i.e caked mud) may be charged a £25 cleaning fee.
Prices
Adventure bike hire starts from £38 p/day with discounted rates available for multi-day bookings. Please use the booking calendar here to get a price and check availability for your hire period.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 14-days of the booking date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 7-days of the booking date are non-refundable.
Bicycle touring is the purest adventure—just you, the road, and the unknown. Every mile is earned, every moment fully felt. You move slow enough to discover, fast enough to roam. A hidden bakery, a stranger’s story, a sudden storm—each day unfolds unpredictably. No shortcuts, no barriers—just the ride, the effort, and the thrill of being alive.
Bristol’s well-placed for an adventure no matter which direction you set off in: the nearby Mendips are beautiful (and plenty challenging) or there are Sustrans routes taking you east towards Bath and the Cotswolds, as well as south Wales, the New Forest or Devon and Cornwall.
