Will it fit my bike?
The Premium Plus is primarily designed for gravel bikes it will also accommodate road bikes up to 63cm, road bikes with tubeless tires up to 45mm, and some cross country 29er mountain bikes. Scroll down or see here for Bike Box Alan’s sizing diagram.
The Easyfit is the biggest Bike box available anywhere, so it should be no surprise that all Triathlon and Road bikes fit, with plenty of space for wet suits, shoes and kit.
How does bike box hire work?
Booking
Book the bike box and accessories you need for the days that you need them via our booking system here. Without booking online, no booking is guaranteed.
Deposit
On collection, please a valid photo ID and a recent utility bill (less than 2 months old). Arriving without a deposit means the hire will be cancelled and no refund will be provided.
Collection
Bike boxes and any extras are available to collect from our unit on Canon’s Road in central Bristol. See here for details of how to find us.
Currently all equipment booked must be collected and returned in person to the point of hire.
If you’re collecting by car, there’s usually space to pull up alongside our shipping container.

Prices
Premium Plus bike hire starts at £55 for 7 days with additional days charged at £6. Triathlon Aero EasyFit hire starts at £75 per week with additional days available to book for £9 per day.
Add AirTag tracking £10, use our workspace and packaging (lagging, cable ties, tape, etc) for £15 or have us dismantle your bike for you for £45.
Cancellation Terms
Please read our Cancellation Terms:
Cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 14-days of the booking date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 7-days of the booking date are non-refundable.
